The Hancom Office Online Editor is an easy-to-use browser-based editor. You can create a document from scratch or from a template. You can also edit an existing document that resides on your device.*
You can create a new document without logging in, but you must log in to create document from a template or to edit a local file.
Save and download
There is no separate [Save] button for Office Online, as the editing details are automatically saved.
When you finish editing a document, click the [Download] button on the upper right bar or select View > File > Download from the menu bar to save the document on your device.
Use Templates
Hancom Office Online templates may be saved and edited by users without restriction, and documents, presentations, and spreadsheets based on these templates may be used commercially without restriction. However, the Hancom Office Online templates themselves may not be sold for commercial purposes.
Edit local files
Users can edit locally-saved documents (5MB or smaller) using the Hancom Online Editor.
Security
No files created using the Hancom Online Editor are saved on the server. Save any file you want to retain to your local device or they will be lost when you leave the Hancom Online Editing environment.
